Half a day analysis that will provide you with the options available to you.

We visit your business and take stock of your present and past trading positions.

We take on board information about your products, services, price positioning, competitors and your existing customers.

We take stock of your current marketing, sales and promotional activities including PR, web and printed promotional material.

We then provide you with a SWOT analysis of your business which is a simple 8 to 12 page document.

This overview is yours to consider so that you have the choice to resolve the issues yourself or use it to find assistance from either ourselves or another to change what you think is appropriate.

The Insight

The insight is a continuation of The Overview. It takes all of the points raised and provides the options to resolve those issues.

It is a combination of experience, training, creative thought and the knowledge of many types of industry sectors and businesses which gives us the ability to provide clear directions.

We do not provide templated heavy weight documents when simple instruction is required. We keep it as simple and understandable as is possible.

The Resolve

As we are part of a larger organisation who can provide many of the items required to promotionally market a company. We can carry our advice through to completion, including any of the required project management.
